We have spent 4 nights at Avola Antica together with our 3y old daughter. If you're looking for a complete disconnect with the stressy life and you want to enjoy almost perfect silence, this definitely is an option. The B&B overlooks the Avola & Noto bay in a truly amazing fashion.
The people are really very kind and they adore kids. We have had dinner every night at this place as the chef is really good and very authentic if you're looking for typical local dishes.
The pool is very large and beautifully surrounded by the sea view and olive trees.
There's one important attention point, the rooms are pretty small (of course we were with 3 in one room) and bathrooms are basic.

We have been to Avola Antica on numerous occasions and we always leave very satisfied. We have been with family and just men alone and both experiences have been great.

The location is on top of a hill offering beautiful views all the way to the sea. Only problem is that when it's windy the pool is not an attractive option.

Having said that our children always kept themselves entertained and love it too.

Food is superb and Santo is a greta credit to the culinary world of Sicilian dishes, while Piera, the owner, is the epitome of a Sicilian hostess, where nothing is too much to please her guests.

The agriturismo is on top of the hill making the viewing extraordinary. The place is always clean and food is super. Pool area is great to enjoy and relax. The charming owners were really helpful in everyway and made our stay a beautiful one..
Ideal place for relaxation, good food and great views

Whilst going around in Avola Antica we went to this place for dinner. Firstly the service was just great however the food was just amazing. They don't have a menu however they are very helpful in offering something else should you not like anything. This place also offers probably one of the best views in Sicily.

You drive 15 minutes up a steep mountain from Avola. There is not much near the hotel but the view of Avola and the sea are nice. The rooms are super small for two but the room is brand new with first rate renovations including air conditioner and flat screen tv and modern but small bathroom. The problem? We were in the pool and there were bees everywhere. We had breakfast and there were bees everywhere. We got out if the car and there were bees everywhere. Fortunately during dinner there were no bees. I guess they sleep at night. Dinner was quite good. How can you enjoy a hotel when there are bees everywhere? I wish we had stayed in Noto or even Avola by the sea. i asked my partner how was breakfast? He said the bees ate my cereal.
