This hotel, in the City Center, next to Santa Rosa Mall is great. It's small, comfy and like home. It has only a few rooms, but WOW. I only stayed for one night, but I found it better than what I thought it would be. Very Clean, very friendly staff. And the mall is at walking distance. I give it a 10!

We stayed here one night whie visiting family in Bayamon. Since Bayamon is not a tourist destination I was no expecting much. Wow was I surprised. The reception desk staff were friendly and fast. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. I love the fact that the rooms didn't feel humid or hot or with a musty odor which happens in some hotels in PR.

The hotel provides free continental breakfast which is great if you want to grab something quick if you are on the go. Free indoor parking limited for guest of hotel. And its conveniently close to shopping center, walgreens and expressway.

I would highly recommend for business travelers or as an overnight stop if. You are heading out to another part of the island.

I was on a personal business matter and needed to stay local without the hassels of traveling back and forth. Talk about a hotel smack in the middle of a centrally located area, that's what I was looking for and found it. Let me tell you that to my surprise the hotel was impressive, from the friendly staff the minute you walked in to the cleanliness throughout the entire establishment, it just smelled clean. You can tell the place was humming, management was on top of their game.
I found that they had a restaurant on the main floor called the Tierra Adentro, I tell you the food was to die for. This was right up there, top quisine stuff. I looked no more I found a home. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near by and doesn't like to travel back and forth to San Juan.
Sincerely,
Roberto Colon

Merchandise was stolen from the trunk of my rental car. The managment had me write a report without notifing the police. 24 hrs passed and I no longer could make a report because the office failed to bring the police to my door while I was in the shower, even after I told Sierra -- ( mgr) that I would be in shower. Was treated like a had made up the story. I had to complete my stay of 4 nights at the hotel while I felt unsafe walking to my rental car & as it was the only hotel close to my dying father. The Management did not make me feel safe after the incident. I payed in full my complete stay without them making a gesture of good will waving at least, a night's stay or any courtesy in any other area.

Room Tip: Stay in the city of San Juan.

Excellent service, friendly staff, high security with indoor free parking. If you are not looking for luxury, pool, casino and nightlife, this is the place to stay. It is very close to the malls. The place is super clean, free internet access, free continental breakfast, it even has a gym. Restaurant is opens on Thursday's.

We were on a Martial Arts Training Seminar with our spouses.

This was a nice hotel considering it was the only one in the Bayamon area, and I have to admit...this was definitely a little different than what I am accustomed to in a hotel,
but the longer I stayed, the more I was able to adjust. The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was clean and modern. The view...10 thumbs down! That's all I
need to say about that. There was no pool, and the beach was not close by so had it been extremely hot, it would have made for a difficult trip, but the weather was kinda
overcast-ish the entire time, so I guess it kind of worked out. The air conditioning....brrrrrrrrrr..was great....very cold or should I say comfortable. Had it been in the midst of the
summer when it gets very hot in Puerto Rico, the appreciation for this hotel would have been a plus...lol. The rooms could use some updating though, including the TV and carpet.
A microwave and fridge would also be a welcomed plus especially for a diabetic. Certain medications have to be refrigerated at all times. This was he first time I've ever stayed at
a hotel that did not have a fridge or microwave in the room. Definitely a challenge.

The entire staff was awesome though, so this made up for everything else that was lacking! Luci, the front desk attendant was extremely patient and had one of the most pleasant
personalities you'd ever want to encounter. She always had a smile on her face and was most helpful. Maria, who was also a front desk attendant was a very pleasant person.
I needed to print out our boarding passes for our trip home on the following day, and she went above and beyond the call of courtesy toget the passes printed for me as well as making
our check out process go very smoothly. We had a driver by the name of Carlos who was "off the chain". He was our guide to all of the tourist spots and let me tell you, this young
man can drive! He was awesome and extremely nice (:).

The hotel restaurant was not that impressive, but our waiter, can't remember his name, but I think he is also the owner, was one of the sweetest people I met while there.
Very attentive and accommodating. However, on the last day, I finally tried the beans, rice and some chicken wings, and was pleasantly surpirsed. The food was very good,
so I guess we were just choosing the wrong eats. Also, if you stay at this hotel, you have gotta try their guava butter spread for the freshly baked rolls. It is soooo good. I pretty much
got full off the bread and spread alone. Oh yeah...one last thing....you gotta get the Sangria. The bartender at the hotel makes some of the best I've ever tasted. Still wasn't enough alcohol in it,
but it was refreshing (:).

All in all, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We are planning another trip to Puerto Rico, but this time want to stay in San Juan on the beautiful beach(s).

I've been here before so I had to return. Best thing about this location parking is free free free lol. I state that because most nice places in puerto rico charge parking 15.00-20.00 a night. The paking lot is underground secured and requires you to buzz in and have contact with hotel representative to enter. From there u catch an elevator to your floor and all floors require room key to access. Rooms are spotless very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. This time I was given a room with and outside private terrace great for smokers and property who just want to enjoy getting fresh air without having to go outside of the hotel.great place for shopping Santa Rosa mall can be seen from the hotel and is walking distance. There's also alot of places to eat. I wouldn't recommend walking at night. anywhere around there but during the day is fine. From airport its not far but rush hour. between like 4-6 is really bad. So try to avoid that. Another big plus especially for business.
tripz free wifi that u can actually connect to lol. I've stayed in places that there's a charge,
available in lobby or offer free wifi but its either slow or u can't connect. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in a clean secured hotel on a budget. The only reason this hotel wouldn't be 4 stars is that it doesn't have a pool and the room service as far as with food
