Attended a family wedding here. The foood was of five star standard and served with a friendly smile and attitude from the staff who always aimed to satisfy as nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was like home from home with that extra bit of class, you were sure to have a comfortable nights sleep. I would most certainly reccommend the Valley Hotel to anyone to hold their wedding reception as from a guests point of view you couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate with the Bride and Groom as everything was well organised and ran so smooothly making any wedding day stress free for the happy couple. We will definatley be back again for more wonderful food and service.

I had my wedding reception in the valley Hotel in August. The venue was superb and the friendly staff made the day as special as I could have hoped for. Having visited the hotel on numerous other occasions on trips over to Northen Ireland, I knew that I would not be disappointed. The food was as spectacular as ever with friends of mine still talking about the desserts.
Most of our wedding guests stayed in the hotel and all commented on how much they enjoyed their stay. Our honeymoon suite was fantastic with strawberries and champagne left for us in the room.
The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the local area, as many of our wedding guests did while they were over.
I will certainly be visiting the hotel again and would like to thank John, Sally, Greg and the rest of the staff at the hotel for making our day so special.

We were in Northern ireland for a wedding in August and the hotel was great.

The staff went out of their way to help us. The food was great (some great Irish Breakfast and great bar menu) and drinks selection was well priced.

The function room provided everything we needed, and looked amazing for the wedding reception itself.

The rooms were well kept, modern and very presentable.

All round, we really didn't have a complaint!

We had our wedding reception at The Valley Hotel and it was faultless - the service, the food, the staff and the venue were all excellent. It is a family run business and they are prepared to go the extra mile!

A true "family run" hotel and a friendly family at that. We were greeted with a smile and an offer of assistance every time we met one of the Williamson clan. The room was ideal, the bath in the ensuite was an added bonus. Restaurant staff were very pleasent and along with the chef dealt with an off menu request that really set our night off on a high. Tom behind the bar was a gentleman as was Nigel who provided our type of music and kept us on the dancefloor. We even met John as the night came to a close, and to John and his family I would like to say THANKS.

The valley was the only hotel we could find in the area with a family room which had the two rooms together. The staff were lovely, very friendly and down to earth. The rooms were spotless and the kids loved the flat screen tv in their room !. The food was spectacular, with a fantastic kids menu and vegetarian selection. Dont stay at the valley without having a slice of banoffee pie !. Highly recommended
