Small and intimate, all our meals were tasty and well prepared. I was surprised that all the table appeared to be reserved as we arrived for an early dinner, but the place was full by the end and even midweek, this ski area seems to have more fine dining options that the size would suggest

Super friendly and fast delivery to the Blake hotel. Great when you've skied yourself into a pizza and movie night.

I recommend reservations for this restaurant , we were lucky & went in a little early & there was one table not reserved. The food was delicious, we started off with the baked spinach artichoke dip that was served with chips. i had the the Grilled sage brined pork chop (which was very large) with sauteed Balsamic Onions, with side of baked potato & Calabacitas (squash with green chilies, very spicy). my Husband had the Cowboy cut 18 oz bone in rib eye steak with as simple Burgundy sauce, with cauliflower with pinon & roasted carrots. the food was cooked perfectly & served hot. wait staff were very efficient.

Don't miss the grilled pear dessert with pot de creme and an amazing caramel crackle sauce - oh, and the short ribs were darn good too.

Not only is the atmosphere nice and cozy, but their food was delicious. I had breakfast here twice and dinner once. Thankfully, it's conveniently located at Edelweiss Lodge and Spa, which is where I stayed at, so there was no need to walk outside in the cold for some delicious chicken pot pie. The filet was cooked to perfection and the breakfast croissant sandwich was delicious. If you decide to have breakfast there, I recommend adding green chili to your breakfast sandwich.
