If you want a taste of Sweden, this is the place for you. It's not open all the time, but usually during lunch hours (11.30+) and then they serve a BIG varied buffet for nearly every taste. Their main focus is on vegetables, but you can select between two buffet types, vegetarian only and meat & veggie buffet, I'm not 100% vegetarian myself so I usually go for the meat & veggie combo, this costs around 13$ so it's not so bad.
Please keep in mind that in Sweden, you usually don't have to tip the waitress - but I bet it's appreciated anyway, but don't feel guilty if you don't do it. Swedish waitress wages are a LOT higher than in the U.S.
Beware of a little culture shock though, Osby is a very friendly little town, and people generally think of everyone as family one way or the other, this means they also don't really think that they're actually eating out - so don't be surprised to find that the locals don't change their plates (dishes) when re-filling their dish with additional food after eating the first few times. This of course isn't to everyone's taste (I don't like to share germs with everyone either, so when I eat there...I make sure I'm the first one there when they open, so I don't have to experience this). The staff doesn't really care to tell people to change their dishes for each new refill, I'm guessing they want to keep things polite and don't bother the customers, but it's not very hygienic.
The food however - is totally worth it, tastes amazing, and the cook is awesome.
