I have stayed at the Convict Beach House cottage twice for several days each visit. I found the cottage comfortable and clean with quality fittings. The bay view is lovely with a peaceful outlook. The hosts are informitive, helpful without being in your face. There are pretty coves and lovely beaches to explore within a short drive as well as the interesting convict coal mine site nearby. Ask the hosts about the terrific cliff walks on the Tasman Peninsula. There is plenty of local info in the cottage. Highly recommended.
