We were lured in for lunch by a waiter who spoke excellent English. He persuaded us to order the most wonderful antipasto we have ever tasted: smoked wild boar. Bruschetta with Porcini, pate, truffles. Quail egg and many more. The rest of the meal was so good that we swore to return in the next five days before our return to the UK. And the only reason we did not do so was that my wife developed bronchitis.
The local wine was so good, that we went straight to the winery, Fattoria di Magliano after lunch.
