The villa was great. Very clean lots of space and in a peaceful location. The hot tub was lovely and we all had good fun with pool table. Graham was great and on hand with any issues. The welcome pack was really useful as we didn't arrive till late. I would definitely recommend the villa and would definitely go back

Beautiful Villa set in the lovely village of Nazaret - The Villa sits in a large plot which is set out with great features which are very well maintained. The Villa is very well apointed with a large kitchen with everything you need and more - there is a fantastic drying room with a washing machine - we washed and dryed all our clothes before we got home! The pool is lovely, just the right temperature and large enough to have a proper swim or just mess about. The Spa Tub is a lovely feature and I used it every morning after a swim to ease my muscles into the day ahead! There is a pool table which, although well used, gave us loads of entertainment with a 10 day competition culminating in a win for Dad! The outlook from the terrace is fantastic with mountains and in the distance the sea. Graham and Louise the property Managers were great. Graham came and saw us on our arrival to make sure everything was OK and they came to clean the pool and the villa later in the holiday and they are both very friendly and keen to make your holiday the best it can be. This is our third time in Lanzarote and without doubt this is the best place we have stayed and would definitely stay here again. The Villa is out of the way and is very peaceful and tramquil - you will need transport though as there is only one small shop and one restaurant - not a problem for us as we always have a car. Would I recommend this Villa? Definitely, it's beautiful and we have had a fantastic holiday there.
Very clean villa with an amazing pool and we liked also the hot tub.Nice garden.
Thanks to Graham ! The kitchen is well equipped. The TV is a little bit poor.
WiFi was in good order.
Villa Tranquila is aptly named a very Tranquil and lovely clean villa with beautiful views of the hills.Lovely to wake up to the sunrise & at the end of the day beautiful sunsets. The villa is located in the quiet village of Nasaret, very handy for travelling around, a car is a must, but all the lovely sightseeing & resorts are only 20-30 minutes drive away on great roads. The villa itself is very well equipped, very clean has a lovely pool, an added bonus of a hot tub & lovely gardens. Also on arrival there was a very nice Welcome pack with a bottle of Fizz to start our holiday, Thankyou! We met Graham & Louise who look after you & did a mid holiday clean,& make sure all is ok. We would definitely recommend this villa it was just what we needed relax in lovely surroundings & sunshine. Thank you Tony & Sheila for letting us share your lovely villa.
This was a new location for us - and we will return! The villa was perfect for 4 adults and a 13 month old baby. The biggest plus for us was the quality of the accommodation and the service provided. Tony - the owner - ensured there was a cot and high chair provided and this together with rest of the furnishings meant it was a very comfortable stay. The villa has a great washing machine/drying area and all the pool towels etc are provided - this may be a small point - but it means you can travel light. The villa also receives a mid-rental clean and refresh which included a complete change of bedding etc. The pool is great - warmest late afternoon and the area is south facing so gets the sun all day - there was a range of boats and rubber rings etc available which were most welcome. The hot tub was really good and with no over-looking neighbours the whole area feels very private. There is easy parking (you will need a car) and the quality throughout was excellent.
The villa is based in the town of Nazaret which is about 20mins from the airport and right in the middle of the island - which means everything else is about 20mins drive. You should check out 'Lag-O-Mar' which is a few mins walk from the villa and is very impressive to walk round and has a good restaurant. The town also has a small store which has pretty much all the essentials but there are also lots of supermarkets dotted about the island. You should also try the market at Teguise on Sundays - but I would advise you go early as it gets very busy.
We rented a car and for the first time I had the courage not to take out the additional insurance for the excess. I covered this on my travel insurance for £25 - the rental company wanted and extra 150 euros!
All-in-all, a fantastic holiday.
We couldn't have been happier. Case Tranquila exceeded our expectations! Located in a very quiet residential area, the villa is big, exceptionally well equipped, and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and the caretakers, Graham and Louise were lovely. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, the pool is gorgeous and the hot tub and pool table were a real bonus.
We had chosen Casa Tranquila because we both needed peace and quiet, time to read and relax and to recharge our batteries. The villa is perfect for that. The dog barking mentioned in other reviews did indeed occur, but wasn't a problem at all, and the only other noise we heard was a long distance blast from a ship horn now and again.
We had hired a car. I understand there is a bus service and there are cabs but it was great being able to collect ithe car at the airport and get straight off, then to have the flexibility to buzz off whenever we fancied. The villa is only a 20+ minute drive from the airport, on good roads.
We were delighted to find an excellent 'welcome pack' at the villa - including a bottle of fizz - so we didn't need to rush to find supplies. However, we found a good little supermarket a short walk from the villa, down near the main road, which did us well during our stay.
We ventured out to Teguise a few times. It is beautiful, very quiet and nice to wander around.- and only a few minutes drive away in the car. There are some larger supermarkets there, and some lovely restaurants and cafes. There are some nice shops and there is a museum, a pharmacy and a petrol station.
Back in Nazaret, a short walk from the villa, there is LagOmar, an incredible house built into the rockface and once owned by Omar Sharif. It's now open to the public - and worth a visit. We spent a couple of hours there on our last day after leaving Casa Tranquila.
I can't recommend Casa Tranquila highly enough. You have luxury and peace when you are there, and you are a short drive from busier places and tourist attractions if you want to find them. Huge thanks to Tony and Sheila for letting us stay. I've been unwell this year and my holiday there was just what the doctor ordered.
