The hotel is quite old. It is also noisy and some of the rooms smells of cigarettes. The rooms were shabby and the bathrooms didn't look very clean. The restaurant was old and the food offered didn't impress at all. There was a problem with the electricity in the bathroom cause while taking a shower you can feel some electrical shocks. Thanks God we stayed there only for a night.

Bad, disgusting, noisy, dirty.

This supposed to be a hotel, but more like a hostel. And a bad one.
My room had bathroom but not all rooms had. Those who didn’t have used the restroom next to my room. I could hear everything!
Just as what happened in the hotel like I would have been slept on the corridor.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are spartan. The shower was hot, but there was living wiring, so when I tried to change something on the shower head, I got an electricity shock. The room was kinda clean, but a lot of noise from outside...

I was electrocuted in the shower! There were live wires! I told the staff when I could actually walk and they asked if I'd like to shower in another room. I was shaken for about two days and literally shaking all that time. My terrible safari company (Absolute Adventure Africa) put me in this place. I was supposed to be camping inside Lake Nakuru. There was a big bed and lounge room off my room. There were holes in the mosquito net that was too small to cover the bed. No dinner food for vegetarians. Nightclub music until 5am that made the whole room vibrate then the mosque noise started blasting at 5am. Breakfast was off banana, fly-ridden pineapple and very salty omelet.

The local tour booked this hotel for us.

The hotel boasts itself a luxurious hotel. But, the rooms were not clean at all, the flush didn't work properly. I also found a dead mosquito in the mosquito net.

The rooms desperately need repair.

Something good about this 'hotel':
The staff were friendly.
The food was quite good.
