A lovely b&b - we stayed in Studio 3 which is the room with a separate diner/kitchen. Perfect for having some peace and quiet when our young baby had gone to bed in the room! The b&b provided a travel cot (small charge, nice comfy looking cot though) though we brought our own sheet along as advised by owner.

Good location in Stratton Audley - very convenient for retail outlet and motorway access. Private parking, and able to park right outside the door so unloading was very easy. Very good location for access to Oxford also.

Rooms, bathroom and furniture all of a good standard. Really friendly owners. We plan to go back some time. Highly recommend.

On a related note - strongly recommend using oxford park and ride. Much easier and cheaper! And if visitingbicester retail outlet advise going early (opens at 10am) to beat queues for car park. The queue to get in to the place was staggering over bank holiday weekend,

We stayed here as our friends live close by and were going to one of their 40th birthday celebrations. The self catering accommodation is just around the corner from the main house but easy to find. The room was great and newly decorated/developed. It has its own small kitchen area, a large bed and a great bathroom with power shower. Parking is right outside the unit. For a short trip to this neck of the woods (esp Bicester Village shopping!) this is perfect.

This is how B&B is meant to be - superbly comfortable, quiet rural surroundings, attention to detail and extras beyond expectations, plus friendly hosts and scrummy breakfasts!
Sara and Richard have gone to enormous thought in ensuring you will have the best stay and hopefully return to enjoy again and again, as I did for many years on business stop overs. Walking distance the local good pub is always a welcome bonus too.
Highly recommended, whether in the main house or the self contained studios, you will enjoy !

6 of us stayed here for the weekend, lovely friendly welcome, one couple stayed in the main house while the other four of us, stayed in the nearby self catering units, the decor is beautiful, and they are spotless clean, everything is catered for and the breakfast is very good, lots of fresh fruit, lovely coffee and a spot on full English breakfast to finish off. we would definatley recommend West farm for a lovely relaxing stay.

On the outskirts of a pretty village, this was a real find. Passing through Oxfordshire to see friends on the way from France to the north I stopped off for two nights at this excellent farmhouse B&B. I stayed in a lovely, agreeably cosy, single room in the main house, perfectly appointed, with free wifi, tea and coffee-making gear, ensuite bathroom, with a powerful shower and quality toiletries.

A warm welcome and a good night's sleep in a supremely comfortable bed was followed by a delicious breakfast, and the opportunity to chat with the owners, who were ready with great (and accurate) tips for the best in local restaurants and pubs.

Richard and Sara have created an environment equally friendly to business and leisure visitors. It's great value and the highest standards are maintained. Utter perfection.

Wanted to spend one night B & B but as main house was full we were offered the recently converted and tasefully decorated self catering units. They are fully equipped and set in a peacefull courtyard with tables etc for guests to sit outside. Owners very helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay. Would go back if in the area.

Great location for our shopping trip to Bicester village shopping oulet(approx 3 miles away)
We stayed in a fantastic detached room (The farm Office) located on the side of the farm, beautiful location, great breakfast and very nice, polite and friendly hosts.
It was a great place for my wife and I to stay and would highly recommend.
Even the local village pub/restaurant(5/10min walk) was excellent and welcoming.
