We arrived in Arniston without accomodation. This B&B was very welcoming. We were shown 2 rooms one downstairs which was clean and pleasantly decorated and one upstairs with a thatched roof and a view of the sea and the village of Kassisbaai. The room was spacious and the en-suite pleasant and clean. We had a very comfortable night. I mentioned that I'd heard you could have dinner in Kassisbaai at one of the fishermens cottages. The owner arranged this for us and gave directions to get there.( This was a lovely experience, sitting by a cosy white cottage eating a home cooked 3 course dinner and watching the sun go down to a sound track of village life for R75 per person.)
We had a lovely freshly cooked breakfast all for a reasonable price.
I would be very happy to return to Arniston Lodge and explore this quaint seaside town some more.
