Went here for a works night out with a large group and was pleasantly suprised at how well we were accomodated.Even though we had per ordered, the staff did a great job in getting everyone served correctly and timely. Food overall was good but not spectacular and as always the drinks were rather expensive.Bar downstairs did a good job of serving in a confined space but no complaints.Overall a nice relaxed place to have a night out and be seen.

Nice decor, the food was disappointing and quite a challenging menu, plenty of positives the waitress was attentive and the wine was good.
There's a lot of choice locally and equal to George's, so selection of specials or a few classics could add to the experience.

Had lunch today with friends and was surprised how reasonable the lunchtime menu was. Sandwiches for around five pounds and the set menu was 2 courses for 11.99. We all loved the decor and ambiance and will definitely be back very soon.

4 of us ate there on Sunday at 6. Disappointed to find we had to eat a la carte rather than the Sunday roast menu as it was after 6. Our waitress Jade was lovely and friendly. Our friends are from Belgium and so are experts on beer so were sad to find no Belgian beers. However they were given tastings of the different beers available so could choose which they preferred. More places should provide BELGIAN BEER as it is the best!! I ordered 1 glass of white wine but 1 bottle was brought but I had no trouble drinking it all!!
The food was excellent though rather slow in coming. 2 of us chose chocolate fondant for dessert which took a long time and sadly was not runny in the middle so had been slightly overcooked. I would go again despite the slow service (no fault of Jade's but the kitchen seemed a little disorganised.

Tried here a few times. Brunch is probably the best meal of the day and very nice indeed. Visited on a saturday evening and service was very poor and food average at best. My mates fillet was sent back as quite fatty and the replacement was not much better. There are a lot of high quality options in the area now and I for one see no reason to come back here
