We travelled to Rhodes in May 2017 and stayed here mainly on the basis of reviews I had read. We were not disappointed. Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). This was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
Staff- Their attention to detail was phenomenal, from the Welcome desk (thank you Rose) to the morning breakfast buffets (thanks to Manuelos who ran a tight ship) and dinners, we could not have felt more welcome. They were friendly and any issues we had were dealt with swiftly
Hotel- The place was spotless , we had a sea view room . The Gym is well equipped , kids enjoyed the tennis facilities and mini golf. My only regret was not using the Spa as we were only their for 4 days . The outdoor pool provided enough loungers otherwise there was plenty of space on the beach (wear sandals as its pebbly). Sandy Consider the ESCAPE game facility they have on site , I was sceptical but we had a barrel of laughs doing it with the kids. The FRESH restaurant was amazing and the pool and beach bar cocktails were very good albeit very expensive. One had to buy drinks at dinner (we had the HB option) . There is a well stocked mini market on site.
We were fortunate to witness some fabulous evening entertainment, notably there was a violinist who played a variety of classical and modern tunes at the beachfront one evening (this was simply magical).
Surroundings- Thank you to Anastasija (apologies for the incorrect spelling!) who signposted us to various amenities . There are bus stops to Rhodes and Lindos outside the hotel which cost 3 and 5 euros respectively. Falaraki is a good jog down the road or along the beach front.

My only regret was that we did not stay longer- Elysium allowed us to transport ourselves away into a world of rest and relaxation. We will be back

We spent one week in this beautiful place. Big hotel but easy to reach all the facilities. We choose the elite club advantages and we felt very comfortable with the experience.
The best part of the stay have been the kindness of all the staff, especially in the restaurants. A special mention to Mr George, manager of F&B, always very kind, saying hallo by name to my son after the first day. We were really impressed of the efficiency and kindness of the staff of ALL the restaurants. Thanks a lot everybody

Just returned from this beautiful hotel. As per other comments, could not fault the hotel, immaculately clean, great service, friendly staff, lovely food, breakfast was my favourite , loads of choice. Dinner was lovely although some nights better than others . You can either pick off the menu or choose from buffet.
There are three buildings of the hotel, we were in the second building on 4th floor , superb view of pool and sea view, stunning. I would say the best place to request is either in the main building or second, the third is a little too far from everything.
The only reason I've given it 4/5 is just due to the location and beach and have to be honest . if your like us and like to go for a stroll in the evening , there is no where to go, no bars or anything outside the hotel, so you are limited to staying in the hotel in the evening, and drinks are not cheap, but then again it is a 5* hotel. , you would have to go into Rhodes town or faliraki which is a bus ride away or taxi ride. Bus stop directly outside the hotel
The hotel guests were mostly of German , French nationalities , there were only a handful of us British guests . .
The hotel beach is immaculately clean, crystal clear water but please note it is not sandy at all, and very pebbly and shale.
Kalithea springs is approx 15-20 min walk which is a must to go and visit, very picturesque, a lot of people get married there, a few euros to go in , but well worth it, it was beautiful there.
We had a very relaxing holiday , and I would say this hotel is for you if you want just to chill out and relax., but if there was somewhere to walk in the evening and a sandy beach it would be A1!

We spent an extended weekend on the island of Rhodes. The hotel is perfectly located on a bay a few kilometers south of Rhodes city. The swimming pool and hotel grounds were very well kept.
The rooms were of a nice size. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was also very good. Room service was very good- quick and clean.
There is good wifi service throughout the hotel.
We were on half board- breakfast and dinner were good with a large selection of food.
Overall a very enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended and I would gladly return.
