“Well worth the walk”

We went here to walk off a huge breakfast on a weekend stay in Llandudno. We parked on the car park and it took us about 30 minutes to walk to the fall with a couple of stops on the way as it was very hot. It is a nice gentle walk with a proper path which graduates gently with the steepest part at the beginning. The fall itself is beautiful and if we visited again I would definitely take a towel so we could paddle and a picnic as it is a lovely spot for a picnic lunch. Please note there is nowhere on the way up to buy drinks etc so make sure you take your own.

One very wet visit to aber falls and I am in love with the place.

You can park in the village of abergwenglenyn for free and visit the cafe after your walk or park at one of the 2 car parks closer to the falls for £2.

Easy walk to falls with the most amazing views and rewarded with the waterfall. We went on a very wet day and still stunning. Will return in the summer.

A must have place to visit for any one.

A friend suggested we visit the Aber Falls (he has young kids too, same as us so I guessed it must be worth trying) and boy are we glad we went! Ok it's a mile and a half walk (mostly uphill) to get there (not too steep either) but the views and the scenery are simply breathtaking. You will need to bring your camera.
Our little one was a bit tired walking back and ended up needing a carry but luckily it's not that far back to the car park. The walk says buggy accessible (and we did see a guy pushing his buggy up but he was puffed out!) If you've got one of those all-terrain ones you'll be ok but I wouldn't try pushing a maclaren up there!
Tip: "The Café" in Abergwyngregyn, (at the bottom of the hill) serves the most amazing home-made Bara Brith cake, and delicious coffee. Perfect after a long walk :)

We arrived early on a Sunday morning (before 9am) and the walk from the car park took us about 25mins (even though we have young children) we had the whole waterfall to ourselves due to the time of day and it was wonderful. As we headed back to the car park there were hoards of people heading towards the falls so we were very glad we arrived so early.

Went to the park with a friend who lives nearby, the car park is 2£. We had a lovely walk to the fall, and we were surrounded by beautiful scenery.
