After doling through sleepy Carentan for a long time, we were pleased to find Quai 16 located at a nice-enough marina quai (number 16, we'd guess). The menu was French-only, and the waiter entertained us by explaining the menu with a bunch of french-isms. Settling for a simple-enough mixed grill and specialty galette, we were pretty disappointed to find a very salty galette (made up for in part by some nice and sweet apples) and a mixed grill that was alltogether hard to swallow (quite literally, actually).
If you're going to Carentan for great food, you can skip this place. Or Carentan alltogether, actually.
