The coffee shop is well presented and looks nice. The soup was not to standard and the coffee was bitter and had been left standing for a while. For an international attraction - they need to try harder.

This is really a lovely tea room, so spacious and charming. The tea room offer a wide range of scones, quicke, desserts, salads etc which is all very tasty and well presented. The staff are attentive and the background music relaxing and not too loud. Well worth a visit to end off your visit to the Belleek pottery.

Dear Kelvin M,
Thank you for your visit and your positive comments on our Tea Room. It is indeed a great place to relax over a cup of coffee (or something more) after having experienced the guided Pottery tour.

Visited with family recently and was disappointed with the pasty. I had asked for it to be warm and found it had been heated in a microwave! It was a soft, hard-to-cut pasty lacking in seasoning and flavour. The coffee was fine. I should imagine the cakes would have been a better choice and not the worst pasty I have ever tasted! Surroundings were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Toured the Belleek Factory (separate review) and was about lunchtime. We had a couple hours drive ahead of us. Okay - lets eat here. I had very low expectations - even before walking in. I was going for "convenient". Actually - the lunch was very nice. The dining room was clean and the prices were good. It was such a nice surprise!
