Had a great meal - everything was tasty and cooked perfectly. Service was great too. Highly recommended - will return very soon!

Had a great meat in lovely surroundings , the food was a little costly so would only go back for a special reason. The one major concerns would be for elderly or disabled person due to the only access is down a flight of narrow stairs.
Dined here recently with a small group of friends. The owners were great in fulfilling a small birthday request. I've eaten here a few times (far fewer times than I would have liked!) and have always received a warm welcome and service. The crowning glory, of course, is the amazing food. We all struggled to choose from a very tempting menu and all enjoyed our starters, mains and desserts. It's hard to recommend a particular dish as we all loved what we chose (cesear salad, quesidillas, gumbo, steak, fish of the day, thermidor, aubergine, panna cotta and brownie). The food is extremely flavoursome, fresh and home baked bread a fantastic accompaniment. We also appreciated that we weren't rushed to finish our meal.
A great place to spend an evening and very good value too.
best place to eat in Launceston and very reasonable. Really need to book as it is small and only open Thu-Sat which seems to work for them.
Have been twice now and had great meals both times.
My partner and I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for such a long time but never seem to plan ahead so it's always fully booked by the time I ring. This Saturday was no exception but later in the day Todd phoned to offer a table after a couple had cancelled. Not only did he ring but he also changed the menu for a very picky vegetarian like me, both starter and mains.
The food was excellent as was the environment and the service. The venue is small but is not overcrowded with tables. Hence you don't overhear the conversations on the next table. The creole food is a welcome change to the normal choice of cuisine on offer in other restaurants.
A visit is a must.
