“Excellent day out”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

We popped along here without 18 month year old and had a great 4-5 hours. There is a great selection of animals to see and you can get very close to them. They all look very well looked after. The venue is pushchair friendly. The tea room was also excellent, proper decent scones and good coffee - a lot of wasps around but not much can be done about that! There are various talks during feeds for the animals which were very informative and well presented. Definitely a value for money day out that mums/dads and the little ones will enjoy. Plenty of great photo opportunities for those with DSLR cameras.

“A lovely wildlife sanctuary”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

I visited with my husband and 5 month old baby. The park was very well kept, interesting talks and a lovely woodland walk. The otters are very entertaining as are the other animals on site. Food was very nice with a variety of options. Pushchair friendly with baby changing facilities and high chairs available in the Cafe. Would recommend you visit!

“Amazing!!!!”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

This was an excellent day out with lots of brilliant surprises. We'd planned to go for a half day before heading to the beach but stayed all day. The talks were interesting, the otters mesmerizing, the woodland walk and feeding the deer was magical. My son was particularly excited by the fact he could hold the birds. All in all one of the best days out we've had.

“Brilliant Day Out!”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

My boyfriend and I spent hours here. We didn't think we would spend too long here but in face quite easily spent 4+ hours walking around looking at all the different animals and scenery. There is so much to look at you completely lose track of time. It is not too expensive to get in and then to buy food for the animals is very reasonable. Feeding the deer was absolutely amazing :).

Have already recommended this place to lots of family and friends, both those with children and those without! We will certainly be re vising next summer!
