We just did a 7 day trip from Mui Ne to Hoi An with Thang and Vien as our guides. Originally we just booked 4 days to go to Nha Trang but since easy riding is so much fun we decided to skip Nha Trang and head further North on the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
Exploring the central highlands by bike is the most amazing thing you can imagine and having such nice and funny guides like Thang and Vien makes it even more fun.
They both know a lot about the country of Vietnam, its history and culture, and can tell you a lot of interesting things. Both speak good English, so no communication troubles.
The trip included a lot of interesting, very local stops (different farms, factories, beautiful waterfalls..) and on top of that some of the best food we had in Vietnam at very affordable prices. There are always enough breaks for coffee or just relaxing so you are never on the bike for too long. All organizational stuff was taken care of and the different hotels they booked for us were always nice and had very big rooms.
We highly recommend you spend the money on an easy rider tour with these guys, although at first it might seem like a lot on a backpacker's budget..the experience makes it more than worth it (a fact you will realize after 30 mins on the bike driving through this beautiful country).

The most amazing trip ever! Here below a short resume with the highlights of our motorcycle tour from Hoi An to Saigon (1250 km).

We started the tour of in total 6 days in Hoi An. Our guide Luu guided us through the jungle, over the Ho Chi Minh trail to the highlands of central Vietnam andback to the coast of Mui Ne. The tour ended in Saigon. Many different landscapes were crossed with the most amazing views you can only see by driving there by motorcycle. We were introduced by Luu to the different local people and their culture by stopping in small villages. Every day we enjoyed local lunch and after that there was always time for a good rest in a hangmat. The days were closed by nice dinners with, some :-), well deserved drinks.

Thank you Luu for everything. You are a super guide, driver and person to be with!

We booked 6 days with easy riders. In Belgium à few months before we went, we booked te trip. All information was quick and correct. We met Hoan our driver in Hoi An. We took à trip to Dalat. The trip was really wonderful! We have seen the beauty of Vietnam on a bike! We have seen places en met people that we would not have seen traveling by our selves. Hoan is a very good driver and an excellent guide. The itinerary was not allways like planned, but we didn't mined. We let Hoan take us to all the beautiful places of Vietnam. We really enjoyed our trip. Next time we will defenitly book again with Hoan!

We booked a 5 day / 4 night tour from Mui Ne to Da Lat and back to Mui Ne, encompassing the Central Highlands with Hoan & Mr Quang (but he called himself Mr Tang so it stuck!) as our Easy Riders.
Both guys went over and above our expectations, really making us feel like one big happy family. We spent the week seeing utterly breathtaking scenery, laughing till we cried, eating till we burst, and generally having an amazing time.
Hoan loves a riddle, so come prepared, (Mr Tang prefers to 'think about it'....whilst swinging in a hammock 'pretending' to nap!
We ate the best food of our 3 week stay in Vietnam whilst with the guys, and the catchphrase of the week became 'Soooo Goooood', hence the title of my review!
From swimming in waterfalls, slowing down to high-five local kids as we drove through their villages, meeting farmers, getting caught in pulse-setting thunderstorms and sheltering in a village shop where they sold alcohol by the carrier bag full (I kid you not!), getting stung on the butt by a bee, handing out sweets to the poorest yet happiest kids we'd ever seen, Hoan bringing his wife and son out to dine with us all in his home town, meeting River and his family fishing, sleeping in a traditional long house and waking up to Elephants outside our door, to all the double-takes for me having blonde hair and tanned skin, and he a massive beard respectively, we had the best time you could imagine!
These guys will collect and drop you from any part of Vietnam, they are safe, reliable, knowledgeable, and brilliant fun. If you book nothing else during your stay in this beautiful country, make it an Easy Rider Tour!
