I could not have found a better way to spend my last week in Vietnam than traveling through the Highlands with James and the Vietnam Easy Rider Group. I booked the week long tour from Mui Ne to DaNang (normally Hoi An) 7 days, 6 nights. From winding through the lush surroundings, experiencing local customs and people to trying great food and fruits, James went out of his way to make my travel comfortable, exciting and memorable.

Being a vegetarian, James helped make sure that I get some amazing culinary experiences and helped order the great food. By far the best was that I stayed with his family on the first night and got to taste his amazing mum's cooking. Being a Dalat native James' English was excellent and he took time to explain to me in detail all of the amazing sights and farming practices and local customs.

He is an excellent motorist and navigates the roads with practiced ease in any condition. He will entertain and delight you as both, guide, traveler and friend. I have felt completely safe and well taken care of at all times. If you are looking for an experience off the regular tourist trail where farmers beam smiles at you and children wave, then Vietnam Easier Rider group is for you.

Contact River directly as he is a man that understands the importance of customer service and is a true professional. Ask for James if he is available and you will be sure to have a trip that will give you a taste of the real Vietnam and an experience not soon forgotten.

Gerrard from New Zealand.

We are leaving with these vietnameasyrider tomorrow morning for 6 days from Mui Ne to Hoi An. We had a great welcome by the manager even sharing some family time with us. Very laid back atmosphere, friendly people who can give information about anything, they also speak very well .English and French. If the tour will be as nice as the improvised evening with them before, we will have a great trip coming up:)

We did the 4 day trip through the Central Highlands from Dalat to Mui Ne. It was fantastic! Jack met us the day before to explain our route and answer any questions. He then recommended a great restaurant for our lunch. They were very safe riders and certainly knew the local area. We stuck to the back roads so there was very little traffic and we had plenty of breaks to rest my aching butt. At night Jack and Luu took us to local restaurants to try many different foods. Jack would borrow a guitar whenever he could so we spent the evenings singing, laughing and drinking a few beers. So much fun.
Luu was a budding photographer and always made sure we got the best shots. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they went out of their way to make sure every thing was great. They were wonderful, happy guys who enjoyed joke. It was the highlight of our trip and I couldn't recommend Jack and Luu any higher. "Hit the road, Jack"

Did a 4 day, 3 nights trip from Nha Trang to Mui Ne with Tony and James, May 2013. As older backpackers aged 53 and 66 ,it was highlight of our trip. The boys met us the night before the trip to show us their bikes and explain where we would be going. The best day was on day 2 when we went to the market to buy food to take to the Nat park , set a fire and cooked the best food ever (talking to other people with other Easy riders, they went to Nat park but did't do a BBQ). Also stayed in a long house with was great (something other easy riders dont do).It was my birthday on the trip and the boys presented me with a birthday cake and as they said when they first met us , we would start off as clients but will end up as friends.
So if you are looking to do something different and see the real vietnam, eat the food the locals do and stay in clean places and travel the way the locals do then this is the trip for you.
PS ask to have Tong and James as your guides and just email RIVER !!!!!
