Description: Priding itself on being one of the best restaurants in Mui Ne, and constantly striving to supply the very best, Sandals brings stunning Vietnamese and western cuisine to you within the comfort and ease of the resort. With the highest possible standards - in taste, presentation and atmosphere, each meal at Sandals is an experience in itself, and your taste buds will be dazzled during your stay. Only using the freshest ingredients, Sandals chefs are free to let their creativity flow, to bring you traditional and unique culinary delights using the best possible locally sourced Pacific Rim ingredients. Several signature dishes feature on our menu as well as a large array of the freshest local seafood. The restaurant is the perfect place to talk with friends or family, at any time. Sip a latte whilst you catch the early morning rays and watch the fishermen return to shore with the "Catch of the Day"; cool down with a light lunch and refreshing juice while you shelter from the midday sun; or enjoy the late afternoon light whilst sipping on a cocktail, in preparation for the evening's feast to come; you will be made to feel welcome at any time. Choose to sit inside, or on our front terrace looking out to sea. Listen to the uninterrupted steady splash of waves on the shoreline, whilst you enjoy watching the kite-surfers honing their skills. Our poolside terrace offers alfresco dining weather permitting. At night the restaurant transforms into a romantic retreat, with light supplied by traditional oil lamps; a perfect way to end a relaxing day at Mia. With the freshest seafood, exquisite meats, delightful salads and an excellent choice of imported wines.

Top service, top food. Our kids had lamb burger and the moo beef burger, both perfect as well to an adult taste. I had seafood Laksa which had a thick very tasty broth. Was even better than Katong laksa in SIN. Fourth meal was the Vietnam seafood curry which has been the best we have had so far in Vietnam. All in all a perfect dinner, unfortunately a world of difference to the resort where we are staying. If u want to know read my other Mui Ne review. Thx
Ps coffee was perfect too. Well not Melbourne but as we'll best in Vnam so far.

Lets get one thing straight, Mui Ne is not the culinary center of the universe, for those on a gastronomic tour of asia, don't stop in Mui Ne... move along nothing to see here... its a beach resort and a very nice one too... with that bench mark in mind and an understanding that you are not going to trip over the next Fat Duck, Noma or El Bulli there are a few gems in Mui Ne worth a mention and a visit. And Sandals, which we visited twice, is easily the best of them by some margin when you take into account the whole package, service, ambiance, setting and of course food... in particular I can highly recommend the crab soup/egg drop soup starter, the slow cooked lamb shank and the (to die for) banoffee pie... not overly blown away with the pork clay pot.. washed down with a nice chilled bottle of Nautilus Sauv Blanc (V.Good) staff were excellent, spoke perfect English (a massive tick box in Mui Ne restaurants), service was very efficient, setting was romantic but relaxed and overall excellent value ... so if you are currently in Mui Ne and wondering where to go to dinner.. stop wondering, go here and thank me tomorrow :) if you have two nights go to Ganesh tomorrow ... to those that say its expensive I can only suggest they stick with their MacDonalds Happy Meals ... when you go to restaurants for grown ups this is the price you pay :)

The food and the place are great. A bit more expensive than average restaurant but the price worth the experience. It is perfect for a romantic dinner but also to come in family with the children playground, pool table and swimming pool.
The restaurant is located by the beach of Mia Resort.

We went here for our last night in Vietnam. We picked Sandals because of the great reviews on TripAdvisor, and it did not disappoint. We went there in the afternoon to make a reservation for a beachside table that evening, but it wasn't necessary since there were only 4 other parties there. The food was excellent. It was expensive for Vietnam, but cheap compared to US standards (expensive meal for 2 for about USD$20 each). We enjoyed the sounds of the waves and the peacefulness (we were the only table remaining at 8:30pm when we left). Service was great.

Love this place, had to eat 3 courses as the food was too good. Best seafood curry i've ever had. On the beach, and amazingly attentive service, including menu recommendations from the staff.
