I stayed at this property last week for a night in the middle of the -17C snow storm visiting our office at the old Munich airport. The reception staff speak very good English, the rooms are of decent size, and they have VERY firm mattresses. Only drawback I can find with the room is having a Queen bed with a *Single* duvet -- not very nice in very cold temperatures.

The wireless @ Euro $9/day is not worth using, and doesn't push a signal very far at all, but there is free in-room high speed broadband, just ask at reception for a cable.

The bar was pleasant, the breakfast was superb in quality and choice.

I'll definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Not too near the lifts, but not in the "30's" which are the most far from reception. Ask for an extra pillow as their pillows are a bit, flat.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend away in Munich. It was a little outside the main city centre but close to the station so not a problem. On first impressions the hotel was modern looking and welcoming, the reception staff were friendly and spoke English perfectly. Our room was clean and tidy although I felt a little basic for a 4* hotel, no tea/coffee making facilities, old style tv and just a little worn round the edges (curtains a little grubby) and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. But these are all just small things and didnt spoil our weekend.
We didnt eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked lovely and menu sounded nice. We did have a drink at the bar which was lovely and the service good.
Overall this hotel is a lovely hotel and I would go back but personally I would say it was a great 3* basic 4*.

The hotel was conviniently located 1.5 kms to the ICM. The lobby is simple and the rooms are good. The only problem in the room is that simple things like coffee maker is not available neither the towel racks in the bathroom. The staff is cordial and the breakfast was decent. The closest train station is a walking distance of 10 mins to Riem.

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor. i think this is a good option

Stayed at this property for 3 nights with our 3 kids in 2 connecting rooms. The reception is small but efficient. Front desk staff very helpful, pleasant and explained everything in details. The rooms were small with separate toilets but glass shower box in the middle of the room! One of the rooms had a small kitchenette with a stove and a microwave. The breakfast was tasty and adequate for a 4 star hotel. We loved the collection of teas available on breakfast. There was no swimming pool. The gym is a joke, basically 2 treatmills in a tiny little room in the ground floor. Wired internet is free, but wireless is chargeable! The hotel is located in an a quiet area of the city (at least in the summer). Parking outside the hotel was free. Also, there is a supermarket (Lidl) within walking distance (5 minutes). Within a short drive is Riem Arcaden shopping center with various fashion shops, eateries, bookstore, electronics, etc.
