Family of 3 stayed for 1 night to go to the donkey sanctuary in Liscarroll and just chill and relax. The pool is great and keeps everyone happy, loved the small pool with waterfalls and jacuzzi and children could access it also. The evening meal was of a good standard as was the breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great break and felt pampered.

Room Tip: Use the stairs instead of the lift to admire the beautiful spiral staircase with hollywood style red carpet, magical...

An enjoyable relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. We booked during the recent heat-wave so for extra comfort we booked interlocking rooms, the hotel also provided us with two fans. All the staff we interacted with were extremely professional and friendly. We had some issues with the food but this was quickly rectified. My children missed the cinema due to this problem but DVD's and popcorn, cookies & hot chocolate were delivered to our room. The kids club was a huge hit with my children and a special thanks to Roisín. Leisure Centre and pool is excellent and very clean. The hotel provided a top 10 places to visit, we went to Doneraille park (20 mins away), amazing walks and picturesque. There is a playground for little ones.

Room Tip: This hotel is a great base to travel to Limerick & venture around Cork i.e. Blarney Castle

Stayed midweek with three children in an executive suite. Beautiful big modern room with ample light. The hotel rented DVD players for nighttime, with popcorn, cookies and hot chocolate, one of a few themes provided, kid's club available too. Good variety with breakfast choice, buffet style. Leisure centre and pool were really impressive. Staying at the hotel was a perfect base for travelling to Cork, Limerick and Kerry. My only quibble would be with the food. The carvery bar food wasn't great. The restaurant food was better but didn't provide much choice. Staff were very helpful and professional. Also ample parking available. For value for money, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked 3 rooms for a family trip recently. Nice friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.
Food was average and not great value for money. No towels when we arrived but they were provided on request. Complaint from one member of the party that the room was dusty and showing signs of neglect.

Room Tip: Avoid the noisy rooms to the front. It is a busy road and if you want toleave a window open it is not possible to sleep

I recently attended a wedding in your hotel and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. From the mile long at check in to the definitely untrained staff to the lack of choice when you order a drink and the credit card facility not working it was one thing after another. As for the wedding meal the vegetables were literally cold and the Beef and Turkey was completely dried out and over cooked. The level of service on the day was unacceptable in my opinion. In the current climate customers are looking for value for money and I can honestly say I don't feel we got it.The staff all seemed relatively new to the jobs which leads me to believe staff don't stay too long and I am sure we only saw a manager once the whole weekend and he wasn't very pleasant....Toilets in the bar were an absolute disgrace and after it was reported to reception by numerous people nothing was done and it was still the same the next day as we actually checked too see if it had being done...

Room Tip: Make sure you haven't a room facing the road as you will be awake all night with passing traffic as there is no air con you will want to open the window..

Thank you for your comments, I was disappointed to hear your feedback .
We had issue with the WI-FI in the hotel during your stay but thankful these have been resolved – we know how important this facility is for all travellers and we have invested heavily over the years to ensure we deliver the best quality connection and service available .
Kind regards
