I had set my expectations high after reading so many 5 rated reviews of this hotel, but I've to say I was not so impressed. We had 3 luxury homes but there were so many problems in reality. Read on..
Luxury rooms are very spacious. You get 1 bedroom with balcony, 2 bathrooms with 1 bathtub, a living room with a convertible sofa/bed, microwave oven, mini refrigerator, kettle, tea bags, etc.
The crew is very politely spoken.
Quick check-in/check-out at reception.
Bathrooms are not clean enough. Commode and bathtub had brown stains, there were cobwebs. All in all, bathrooms are no where near luxury.
Telephone did not work in one of our rooms
Sofa+Bed in the living room had brown stains on it. Yuck!
Food at the restaurant is not up to the mark.
The night we stayed, there was another huge group of people near the camp fire, who were partying with extremely loud music. This was very disturbing to other guests so the management shouldn't allow this.
Because of all the negative points listed above, I'm compelled to rate this as just average. But there is a lot of potential for improvement with little or no additional investment.
