Casa Nuri is in fact in Riumar, 12km east of Deltebre. It is on the banks of the Ebro near to the river mouth, and may be of interest to bird watchers in particular. My wife and I went there for dinner.
For starters I had the prawns in chili-garlic ('gambas al ajillo) and that was excellent. My wife's fish soup was rather bland. Then we were convinced by the waiter to splash out on the wild sea-bream and sea-bass; one done in the oven and the other in a salt crust. He filleted them at the table. The crust seems not have been dampened properly before baking because it was crumbly (instead of rock hard and breaking into large pieces) which meant that salt grains impermeated the fish. This was made worse because the waiter was inept at properly filleting the fish, so we were continuously extracting bones from the plate and our mouths.
I would suggest that you stick to the recommendations of other posters .... have the less exotic offerings like the paella, but by all means try the 'gambas al ajillo'.
