We spent New Year at Wetlands View Park. We were unfortunate with the weather, the area was suffering from floods and torrential rains so we were unable to explore as much as we would have liked to but we still had a great time. The accommodation is simple but very comfortable with ipod docs for entertainment. The lack of reception was a bit of a problem (when we wanted to send New Year's greetings to friends and family back home) but there was something strangely charming about the isolation of the place. Sally and Giff were very sweet hosts and we took advantage of Sally's cooking to have meals in our cabin. This was a very different experience to the other luxurious B&B's and hotels we stayed in but the remoteness and simplicity had a real charm. Come prepared to relax and you will not be disappointed.
