We first dived with Nat back in 2002 (and a few times since) when he was at another dive shop, and we were thrilled when we found out he opened his own dive business. I like diving with Nat because he's laid back, flexible, family friendly, a good technical diver (one of a handful on the island), mixes a mean tank of Nitrox, and sometimes surprises you with brownies after a dive. Nat has always been fun on a dive because he doesn't rush the dive and is very good at spotting (and pointing out) interesting things under water. We dive Nitrox (and our Denver lungs can make a tank last for hours), and he doesn't rush us to get out. We arranged to take our 2 and 5 yo on a Stingray City trip, and he was kind enough to lure the stingrays closer to the boat so our kids could see them. And, there was a tube ride back from SRCity for the bigger adult kids on the boat. I would also recommend him for referral dives and any technical diving courses or trips. The best way to reach him is via email, which can be found on his website. The boat departs from Morgan's Harbor in West Bay most of the time, so it's convenient for 7 mile beach and West Bay.

In Depth is the best thing to happen to diving in Grand Cayman. My husband and I have been traveling and diving Cayman annually for 16 years and have made lots of friends with other diving companies. However, we learned about In Depth this past Spring and have been so excited about the service and diving experiences. We dove with In Depth in April and just got back from diving with them for two weeks. The boat is a blast and is so fast you can get your choice of dive sites. Only holds 6-8 divers plus crew, so guaranteed to have lots of personal attention. We are Dive Masters and couldn't be more impressed with Nat, Chloe and In Depth. Highly recommended!!!

Having been to Grand Cayman on several occasions, we were unsure what to expect on the Brac. What we found was the quiet, private and friendly paradise that Grand Cayman was years ago. The Brac took a nasty hit from Hurricane Paloma last year, and damage is still evident, but the people are so warm and wonderful that you barely notice - My only regret is that we didn't call Indepth first and let them make all of the arrangements. We had problems with the house we had rented, and Craig ran immediately to our rescue and set us up in a magnificent home on the north shore with no more than an hour's notice. We had problems with the rental car, and once again, Craig was right there to help and got that problem corrected also. Indepth is a true full-service dive operation - the staff were right there for us whenever we needed them, but were never in our way when we didn't - Erika and Javan took our group out for 4 2-tank dives, and worked around the weather to make sure we got the best possible experience during our stay. I can't remember ever enjoying diving as much as we did on this trip. It was phenomenal - and we owe that the Indepth and their fantastic staff and service. We can't wait to go back!

I don't know where to start. Whether you are a seasoned diver or a newbie that only has resort experience, Craig and Erika will make it fun and comfortable for you. The new boat is wicked to say the least (former US Navy Seal Boat) and is well equipped. Craig will take the time to determine your comfort level and make for certain that your safety comes first. The best thing about this is that each diver can do "their own thing" as experience and comfort level dictates - this ensures a great experience for all involved. Lynne Walton manages the office and was our primary contact when making our trip plans. She was incredible in every aspect and made sure that all of questions were answered in short order, whether they had to do with diving, car rental or almost anything else.
We left the the Brac with some new, very dear friends. I can't wait to go back and stay in the new guest house - we got a "sneak preview" - and the beach, sunset and accommodations make a serious case that this will be the best place to stay for years to come. I could go on for days about the island, the people and the water, but you truly have to experience it for yourself. If you want to spend some low stress, slow paced time diving in the best water, hanging out in shorts and flip flops, drinking a variety of good rum and generally feeling "no worries" - Indepth can accommodate your every need!

My husband and I just spent a week on Cayman Brac. The diving was the best I've seen in ten years. Indepth Watersports was a wonderful operation. (If you didn't dive, you could have a snow cone while you waited for the others! Ha ha...if you know Craig...) Craig and Erica took us to some of the most beautiful walls. My husband thinks the boat is the best thing since sliced bread!! Very big testosterone boost for the guys...ex Navy Seals boat!! If you want a relaxed (not touristy) island with great diving, we definitely suggest Cayman Brac. If you have small children...not the best choice. There isn't much to do if you don't dive. The island hasn't completely recovered from the hurricane last year but in another year, it should be great.
