“DIVE IT with Deep Blue Divers”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

The Kittiwake is one of the cleanest wrecks I have every dove. What a cool experience with lots to see in terms of marine life. The wreck is in great shape and was a true treat. Legend has it that 3 years ago on St. Patricks Day a whale shark swam by the Kittiwake. If I am not mistaken, this was captured on video by Deep Blue Divers.

“Cayman's newes twreck”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Great dive if you can catch it with no crowd. Seems the only way to do that is a late afternoon private trip, or do what we did and make it a shore dive. Took about 25 minutes to surface swim from 7 Mile Beach. Wreck is very intact, upright, and wide open for exploration. No lights or lines needed for this one. Only bad thing is all the advertising bolted to the wreck that detracts form your photos.

“Best Shipwreck Dive!”
Reviewed July 19, 2013

I've only done one other shipwreck dive before and it was nothing like what I experienced diving the USS Kittiwake in Grand Cayman. Not only was the ship in beautiful clear water, but we were able to penetrate the ship and dive the different compartments. It was kind of freaky and somewhat intimidating, but once I got passed my jitters, the dive was absolutely amazing!

We snorkled at Kittiwake off of our friend's boat. The water is so clear that you can see everything from the surface of the ocean. You can even dive down and touch the ship - wow!

We had an epic time with EPIC DIVERS at the Kittiwake Shipwreck. Our guides informed us all about the history of the Kittiwake and helped guide us throughout this large sucken ship! A must see!
