After having passed this place many times, we finally decided to give it a try for lunch. What a delightful surprise! From the outside it looks like a broken down, but very colorfully painted, shack. But, on the inside it is a hidden gem. For such a tiny place (maybe 6 tables) the menu is expansive. We had the jerk pork stew, and the jerk chicken stew. It came with a huge mound of rice, and cole slaw. It was terrific. The fruit smoothies were to die for and huge. And the one person who seemed to be doing it all, from waiting to seating to schmoozing was great. I am sure there was at least one person cooking in the back, making this wonderful fare. I recommend this place, highly.

If you are looking for delicious island food and reasonable prices this is the place. I talked to the 29 year old chef while waiting for the food. No formal training he learned from his mother. My wife had the pepper steak served with rice and bread. Incredible!! I had the curry beef. The curry was spicey, but absolutely fantastic. Most meals are around $10.00 CI. Expect to wait a while for your order. but much worth the wait. Went there twice and will return!!

A tiny but very cute place on 7 mile beach. The menu is on chalkboards on the wall; you pick your meat, (chicken, pork, beef, seafood), and then pick how you want it prepared, such as stir-fry, fried, with pasta or rice. We had the fried rice with pork, and a chicken with pasta dish, and they were great. Then saw someone next to us with the fried chicken, and it looked amazing! The owner is very willing to please, the place is very clean, and the price reasonable. Coffee bar, but no alcohol.

This is a casual, chef-run restaurant which provides an excellent selection of curry seafood, tempura fried grouper, wraps, and gnocchi for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is also excellent including the $5 all-you-can-eat pancakes. I posted a picture of the caymanian lobster which is not on the regular menu, but an occassional special. The curry lobster and curry grouper have a very similar presentation. The prices are very reasonable, and the restaurant supports you bringing your own alcohol since they do not sell liquor. If you bring wine, you will be provided nice stemware to use with your meal. We eat at Tim-Buc-Tuu 3-4 times each week we visit Grand Cayman. If you have room following your meal, they also have home made deserts like German Chocolate Cake. This is a favorite of visitors as well as locals, but seating is very limited. They are just past the 4-way stop when entering the West Bay area. Enjoy!!!
