While in the Caymans, though only for six days, we decided to try out a restaurant/cafe in each of the "regional" areas. So far, so good. We had lunch there a couple of days ago. It was nice, light, and tasty. The wait staff were helpful and obliging, and a couple of cold beers at lunch time is the way to go. With the ocean views and cooling breeze it made it all the better.

We were a group of 10 who arrived by boat at the small marina by this restaurant. We had reservations and were promprly seated at an outdoor table by the water and drinks orders taken. The service was fantstic the whole night. I had one of the best ceviches that I tried while on the island. Fresh and delicious. There is a nice wine list and all of the seafood that out table ordered was really fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant as one of my favorites in cayman for quality of food, level of service and beautiful atmoshere.

We have been going to Morgan's Harbour for a number of years when we visit the island. The food is delightfully scrumptious!
The fish cakes are the best ever! The patio is a wonderful place to sit, a splendid ocean view and cooling breeze.

As with everything on this island, nothing is cheap - and neither was the food here. But with its water side location and great views, we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. With a small marina in front, and a boat launch adjacent to it, there were also interesting things to watch. While indoor seating is available there is plenty of outdoor seating, some of it covered.

The food was generally above average - fresh snapper and tuna on the menu - tho' the salad was swimming in dressing (rec'd order on the side). Service was spotty - clearly due to lack of servers. With too many tables to serve, drink orders were forgotten and the gap between the main course and the offer for dessert was unacceptably long.

That said, we would return.

My husband and I decided to try Morgan's Harbour for dinner while on the island. We sat out on the patio where we experienced a nice sea breeze on a beautiful night. The grouper with coconut sauce was fantastic! My husband had the blackened trigger fish with a risotto and coconut cream sauce. The whole experience was great! Dessert was awesome too - Crème Brule with Chambord and Frangelico as well as apple strudel. A little pricey but worth it!!!!
