Chadstone Shopping Centre is huge! With two food courts and retail outlets ranging from the luxury ones to the hypermarts, this is a shopping centre that meets many customers' needs. You will need at least 2 hours just to peruse the wares offered by the shops. If you are planning a big shopping spree, make sure you do your homework first because missing out on a shop may mean a long walk back to another corner of the building. Speaking of which, if you are driving, make sure you know where your end point is so that you don't have to walk through the whole mall again at the end of the day.

i love shopping, but i hate getting lost. It's extremely difficult NOT to get lost, especialliy if you've never been here. They do have some nice stores, but I would rather walk down centre rd!

If you don't want to pay over the odds city prices, then head out to Chadstone Mall.
They have everything from Gucci and Tag Heuer stores to the everyday run of the mill stuff and a wonderful food court as well.
You could quite easily kill a day here and max out your cards, but just be prepared to buy an extra suitcase if need be.
In virtually all the shops, greeted with a friendly smile and a hello, which you rarely get here in the UK.
Free parking as well, but be prepared to drive around to hunt for a decent space.

It's one of the few shopping malls in Melbourne and maybe the best one, very well organized mall with luxury brands at top level and more affordable brands at ground level, many cool places to eat as well. I enjoyed my time here

Great shopping centre. Very big with great fashion shopping options. Coffee options not quite as good and parking can be very difficult at times - for example myself and my friends have been known to spent 30 minutes driving around just to find a car park. Amazing people watching opportunities exist. The main public transport option is bus (train station is some distance away). Unfortunately it could be said that these days I find the shopping options in places such as Singapore, Beijing, HK and Europe are better but that said Chadstone is still an impressive Melbourne icon.
