Niños Héroes esq. Federalismo Sur, Centro.
A typical beef-and-beans Mexican restaurant in the middle of a popular area south of Downtown Guadalajara. Here you won't get a fork to eat, just plain corn tortillas or totopos (tortilla chips) adding four kinds of salsas (not fresh at all). Waiters tend to be both kind and distracted and are anxious to get a tip instead of helping the customers. Hygiene is a little relaxed in restrooms. Carne asada is OK, and a regular plate is enough for one person --it has salted boiled beans (tasteless) and carrot / onnion pickles (not fresh again) you can serve with wooden spoons... watch cleanliness.
The place is fine if you want to have a glance at a chain popular Mexican restaurant in town, but have a thounsand better options. Expect to pay three times as much. I won't go back, but it's OK if you're in need for a quick lunch.
