Five of us ate here on the drive between Taman Safari in Bogor and Bandung. It takes about an hour with average traffic to get here from Bogor so it's a good place to stop and stretch your legs before continuing onto Bandung. The drive to Bandung from here took four hours in horrendous traffic. The resort itself looks like it has nice views but on the day we visited we only caught a glimpse as the fog was heavy. It was also much cooler here than in Jakarta so bring a cardigan if you are going to be here for a while. The best thing about our lunch here was the live, local music. Three gentlemen were playing traditional Indonesian music and we really enjoyed it. However, the service was slow, the food was very average and the prices were higher than other places due to lack of competition from a comparable place in the area. Indonesian and dutch dishes on the menu, vegetarian options and kid friendly choices available, but again, the taste of the food wasn't horrible but wasn't too good either.
