Spent a lovely week at Ceolwulph Cottage with three very dear friends. The cottage is extremely comfortable and most welcoming. The owner has thought of everything, a welcome hamper for the humans and a welcome hamper for the pooch. Much appreciated by Roxy:) The cottage is well equipped with everything necessary to make your stay first class. We are regular visitors to Northumberland and have stayed in many cottages, but this has to be one of the best we have stayed in.
Warkworth is ideally located for easy access to all popular visitor attractions. The beaches are perfect for long walks with the dog regardless of weather.
Looking forward to our next visit!

It was lovely to be back at Ceolwulph Cottage. Spacious and welcoming, the layout lends itself to a family break or time with friends. Cosy evenings in the comfortable sitting room, home cooked dinners around the table in the large kitchen/diner and luxurious, comfy beds to sink into later on. A good selection of friendly local shops and pubs 5 minutes walk away. Annie our black labrador loved the long walks along the beach easily accessed within 10 minutes. A great base to explore all the wonderful places that Northumberland offers, starting with Warkworth Castle itself. Can't wait till next time.
