We had a sunset drink and tapas at Cloggy's on two different occasions during our week visit to Anitgua and enjoyed it each time. We turned our bartender loose to create whatever dark rum drinks he wanted and got some interesting drinks that were quite good. The bar menu is tapas and appetizers, and they were quite tasty. There are a variety of seating types available, from seats at the bar, to high tables, standard tables and couches and armchairs, the latter of which are located harborside with nice views of the megayachts moored nearby. There were a few mosquitoes at dusk, but not a big problem. We avoided the restaurant upstairs because the lighting was so bright as to make it quite unappealing, but the downstairs bar was a great place to hang out!
