We loved our experience at this quant resort. The reception while checking in with Samantha was excellent including our tour with Darren. Beach side Larry and the other beach hands where accomadating us with our multiple water craft /snorkeling gear jaunts. Our waitress Alicia
was superb making my wife bday dinner very special. Our breakfast servers where our top notch also. The only negatives was the quality of the happy hour cocktails and lack of cushions on the beach chase. lounges

Thank you for your kind words and for recognizing the efforts of our dedicated staff. We try our best to provide our guests with a vacation experience that we would want to have. We're delighted that you enjoyed complimentary use of our non-motorized watercraft, snorkeling and on site dining. Regarding our beach chairs -- like most sling/mesh style beach loungers on island, ours are designed to allow comfortable ventilation for guests while sitting in the sun. Our pool loungers have cushions and perhaps you were accustomed to that design. Our Happy Hour bartenders make every effort to make outstanding cocktails and are open to guest comments. We want your input, so please return to Windsong and we will be sure to you your favorite drink.

The Windsong treated me and my friend perfectly! It is the perfect smaller boutiquey resort in Turks and Caicos right on the reef. From the moment we got there we were greeted with the warmest welcome. The butlers, Derron and Kahlil, were truly spectacular. We felt so comfortable with them and they helped us book dinner reservations, excursions and a pleasure to talk to. I’d also like to shout out the bartender, Jeff, at the veranda who was beyond friendly and makes a mean drink. The rooms are very clean! We really had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

I have not been back to turks and Caicos in almost 20 years and because of the hurricane that destroyed st marteen I was looking for a suitable replacement
The Windsong is a beautiful laid back place
If you love the turquoise waters and white beach sand with great snorkeling
Then

this is your next vacation
It’s pretty expensive but so is all of the hotels in this island
A breath taking place

Well, welcome back to Turks and Caicos! While it must have looked so different from two decades ago, you are right about our turquoise water, sugary white beaches, and great snorkeling -- we've still got them. It pleases us that you enjoyed it all. We hope that you will come back again, but please don't too long.

My teenage daughter and I spent three nights at the Windsong in February, and overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros: quiet, small resort toward the end of the strip of major resorts; clear water and great snorkeling right off of the beach (saw a turtle every time we snorkeled); loungers and shade always available at the beach; fantastic and friendly beach service by beach staff (especially Gustav!), bringing us bottled water, towels, arranging water sports and setting up cabanas; nicely appointed rooms and good housekeeping and cleanliness; resort butlers friendly and helpful; minimal to no noise from neighboring rooms or outside meant a relatively peaceful night's sleep

Cons: food was not very good - the included breakfast was disappointing (complimentary bottled water should be supplied to guests who cannot drink the complimentary juice or coffee, but I was told I would have to pay for it - seems silly since you are handing out complimentary bottled water a few feet away on the beach), and the food quality both for breakfast and lunch was not great (we did not eat dinner at the resort); waitstaff at the restaurant was not as friendly as the other staff at the hotel; there are not many restaurants within walking distance of the resort and taxis are pricey - a complimentary evening shuttle to town would be a nice addition; non-guest use of beach chairs playing music and drinking beer was a disappointment, and smoking by guests on the beach was bothersome; noisy air-conditioning system in the room turns on and off repeatedly; overall the price paid for the room was expensive although this seems to be the case in Turks and Caicos overall; hospitality suite for showering before departure was strange - located in the parking garage and there was a sewage smell coming from the constantly bubbling toilet as well as no hand soap by the sink

We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere at the Windsong and the friendly staff, and would return to this resort if we return to the island! Next time we would rent a car, as even though the taxi service was prompt, the expense added up and the Windsong is not within walking distance of the downtown area.

We were delighted to host you and your daughter for a weekend getaway of relaxation in Turks and Caicos. Thank you for appreciating our "fantastic and friendly beach service" as you so kindly mentioned. And, for sharing that we have plenty of shade on the beach and at the pool. We know that shade is an important consideration to ensure a comfortable stay. We hope that you were able to capture on camera or video some of the underwater neighbors you met while snorkeling our reef. We look forward to hosting you again at Windsong.

This is my 3rd time in here and for sure I will come back. The place, Grace Bay, is a paradise by himself: beautiful beaches, turquoise calm waters & an average temperature year round. Which makes Windsong special is feel me like home, staff is very professional, butler services are great and makes your life easier and they called you by your name, all I can wait for a Boutique, not crowed hotel as I want.
Ocean front are very confortable and large suites with a great view, with all you need in your home, including full kitchen, side by side fridge, expresso coffe, dishwasher and laundry machinery, you can´t feel like you are not in home.
I took a 2 bedroom suite on first floor, cause i have small kids (5 & 7) so your beach/pool access is granted an easy because you can go straight from your balcony, 70 feet and you are in the beach, 30 and you at the pool, is what just living on the beach means for me.

If you like snorkeling you are in the best place of Provo, Windsong ocean front is just on a coral reef so you can snorkeling and see turtles, eagle and sting rays even nurse sharks or barracudas in between of lot of fishes directly from the beach of Windsong, no travel, no walk, just get into and swim orl see them from a crystal bottom kayak.
Windsong has many kayaks, paddleboards, even a Cat for sailing and are included for free.
Great time, magnificent place, great attentions, make us feel like home that what Windsong and Providenciales means for me and my familiy.

Room tip: 1st floor has a great balcony access to the beach. I love the easy access, I can go back and forth from the beach/pool incredible easy.

Thank you for your loyalty! We know you have many choices on Grace Bay and it warms our collective hearts that you have returned for the third time. You communicated so well just how convenient our first floor suites are for families. With direct access from your patio to our pool deck, Jojo's Cafe, and the beach beyond, it makes it easy for parents and children to enjoy their vacation. We're delighted that you embrace the coral reef located just off of our beach. It truly offers hours of entertainment for children and adults. Please come back and see us again soon.
