My wife and I stayed here on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. We had no expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The condo was upscale, clean and well maintained. The public areas were very nice too. Felt secluded with only a few people around the pool. The beach is incredible and also felt secluded.
We rented a car for driving to restaurants and to do some exploring. Didn’t need it for restaurants since so many were within two blocks.

We recently stayed at the Villa Renaissance and were thoroughly pleased and hope to return soon! The location is within walking distance to everything you need on a vacation-restaurants, shops and a gourmet grocery store.
The resort is very peaceful and the beach is stunning. We enjoyed being able to relax by the pool and order drinks from the friendly bartenders. All facilities were maintained beautifully and the staff were very helpful.
One item we noted that could potentially improve the experience is the layout of the lobby area. There are only two chairs in the open lobby and it would have been great for our group of four to have been able to sit together while waiting for our tour pickup and taxis. There is a closed in room with additional seating but it wasn’t overly useful when needing to have visibility to our ride. We would love to see them open up that area to create a more welcoming and useful lobby. This is a minor point but we like to point out the pros and cons when posting reviews.
We would recommend this 5 star location and will definitely be back to this beautiful island soon!
We just returned from a picture perfect week at Villa Renaissance! We stayed in villa 103 which is literally in the sand with breathtaking views you cannot get enough of. we have 4 small children ages 6months - 7 years and none of them wanted to leave. From the booking management, the on-site staff, the pool, beach, and all facilities, this place cannot be beat. Turks & Caicos is an amazing location but Villa Renaissance makes it even more special. We were not home for 2 days when we already started booking our return to Villa Renaissance! Thank you Nicola and staff for an unforgettable stay!
4th trip to Provo and stayed previously at Seven Stars and The Tuscany. Both are nice properties but Seven is less personal and Tuscany is more remote requiring biking or driving for food/shopping. Villa is perfect as right in the center of the shops/food but on the beach a block off the main Grace Bay Road. Close to 50 places to eat in reasonable walking distance. Bill who owns 302 is a great Air BNB host and has an impeccable 2 bedroom unit that overlooks Grace Bay Beach from the open living room/kitchen. The property has tennis, fitness center, spa, pool and security. Allied manages it wonderfully and Nicola is the best. Helpful in arranging activities, always available by phone and all staff a pleasure to deal with. The place is clean and quiet. The beach is quieter here than say Beaches Resort which is like being at Jersey Shore. The only change may be The Ritz is building next door so unsure how that will change the landscape in next few years.

We do want to let you know that the Ritz is not being developed next to Villa Renaissance- Regent Grand and then an undeveloped lot are to the east of Villa Renaissance. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. We chose Villa Renaissance after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. They were spot on. The condos were exactly as described -floor plans may vary slightly, but all contain the same details. All you need do is visit the supermarket to fill in with things you want during your stay. The tap water is not tasty, so I advise buying water especially for coffee. (They do provide your first gallon upon arrival). The grounds are immaculately maintained and enhanced by the villaz’s architectural style. The pool is crystal clear and tiled to enhance the fabulous colors. The. Beach is like no other I have seen- the sand is soft as powder and the water is clear all the way out. There are no pebbles, shells or seaweed to contend with. The Renaissance provides free WiFi both in the condos and on the beach. The beach is relatively quiet and there are sufficient chairs and umbrellas for all guests.
Above all, it is the staff of Villa Renaissance that sets this resort above others. To a person, they are nice, helpful and know all of their guests. They try their best to make your tri p the best it can be. Without Beverly’s guidance we would have probably gotten lost on some of our walks.
Villa Renaissance is located directly across the street from a large shopping center, as well as on the same block as several restaurants and stores- perfect location. (Except for the supermarket, which was a schlep).
Our stay was so wonderful we have already reserved a condo for next year.
What a perfect vacation get away!
Villa 603 is conveniently located not only within the beautiful and intimate complex, but within the town as well. We could easily walk to grocery store and tons of fabulous restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool view from the balcony. The beach was gorgeous and just steps away. Nicola , the owner was very attentive and checked on us several times via email. All of the staff at the Villa Renaissance were friendly and helpful. Great condo and great vacation!
