Ports of Call remains the best value on Provo. Although across from the beach, it’s easily walkable or ride the cart. Well kept and maintained. Close to multiple shops and restaurants. Family friendly but quiet enough for couples.

We stays for a week mid-July and were pleasantly surprised with the resort considering the price. The pool view balcony room was very nice and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful if you had questions. We were always met with a smile and a friendly hello. Wilson, the bartender, was always friendly as well.

The beach was only a couple min walk away and there were always chairs available for us to sit. Love that there was a beach attendant there who would put up umbrellas next to the chairs and you would check out the kayaks and paddle boards through him.

Our one and only issue which ended up keeping us away from the resort or in our room in the evenings was a couple of families who let their kids completely run unsupervised. The kids ranged in age from 7 or 8 to 13 and were absolute terrors who ran all over the resort until 11pm or so most evenings, crapped in the pool one evening, sat on the computers unattended, threw pool balls around the table all while the parents ignored them or sat on their phones. The bartender tried his best when he was there to get them to control their kids but spent most of his time very frustrated. No other staff really did anything to resolve the issue which unfortunately affected the other guest at the hotel at this time as well. We know from conversations with other guest that we were not the only ones were complaining.

Thank you for both choosing to stay with us and taking the time to submit such a nice review. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and thought our location, cleanliness and staff were great.
My apologies re the two couples that let their children be unruly. It is rare that we have a situation where a guest is negatively affecting the enjoyment of othesr but it does pose a problem when they refuse to listen to our staff as our real only option is calling in the police.
That decision is a tough one but probably should have been exercised in this situation.

Stayed for two nights in a Garden View room with spouse and 2 boys (10 & 13).

I’ll get right to the quick of it, and skip anything about location.

This is hardly a resort. That’s not to be a negative, but more of a point so that it’s not misrepresented. It’s a hotel with a pool, bar, some recreational activities and includes breakfast.

All that is provided is nice. The pool is clean and well kept. The grounds are clean, and the rooms more than adequate.

The breakfast is just above continental. It suited our needs nicely. Fruit, yoghurt, breads, coffee, and the like.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

Rooms include a TV with plenty of channels. We enjoyed a movie nightly.

Mini fridge was a plus. Shower was clean and amenities also good.

There were a lot of families there, but also some couples.

We enjoyed the hotel, but if you’re looking for a resort feel, then be sure to investigate some of the others in Grace Bay.

Thank you for your nice review. None of the hotels or resorts in Turks and Caicos (other than Beaches) offer a range of resort activities similar to what you would find at a large all-inclusive. While we do offer is all the amenities that much larger resorts have,at substantially lower prices. Our focus is really on providing a clean, quiet boutique experience for guests that want to relax and, enjoy the incredible beaches, water and dining of Turks and Caicos. Hopefully you will get a chance to stay fr more than 2 days in the future and better experience our uniqueness.

I spent 10 days with my family from the 24th of July to August 3rd..
Nothing to say about this small nice resort ,comfortable room ,clean, right size also for 4 people (not big ,not small) very nice staff from the front desk to the management everybody is always available for the customers .
Close to everything you need ,restaurants, shops ,car rentals, excursions.
Breakfast is a kind of continental breakfast for me was just ok .
Just a few minutes from the best beach in the world ,u can walk or come with the electrical car of the hotel
My experience here was positive also considering the quality compares with the prices of the others resorts ..
If I would come back in Providenciales I’ll be back for sure !!!
Thank you Port of Call to made my vacation so special!!!

The more days we spent here the more I enjoyed the property.. it’s a super convenient place to stay solo, couples and/or families. Breakfast is sufficient and simple. The beach is beautiful and is only a 3 minute walk. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas and also have kayaks, paddle board and floaties at the beach. There is a dive shop and car/scooter rental opposite the property. Once again, good location.
