During the Thomas Cook bust we called Sun Express a few days before being due to fly home to London.

They said we were fine to fly home as we would be covered by ATOL, the response we expected.

Upon arrival at the airport they told us they had cancelled all our flights. Me and 88 others.

We had to buy new tickets to fly.

The member of SunExpress got extremely violent with one customer, as he tried to take a picture of the queues, he slapped the phone out of his hand.

He also said “this is not our f***ing fault, this is your fault, it’s Thomas Cook f***ing fault!”

We booked a return flight via Thomas Cook to and from Luton and Antalya airports, going out on 27 September and returning on 7 October. Following the collapse of Thomas Cook, we immediately rang Sun Express to check if our flight was still valid and that we would be permitted to board. We were advised that this was the case. On Tuesday, this changed to a standard answer of we cannot confirm and to keep calling back for further information. We even asked if we could repurchase the flights to ensure that we could travel. This was refused, the agent advising us to keep calling back. Every day this week, we have been receiving emails from Sun Express regarding our flight, inviting us to purchase extras. We could also log into our booking which was still showing as a live booking. Even today an email ,,confirming our flight arrangements. When we called today at about 2pm UK time, we were advised that we would be denied boarding on the flight. We were also advised that there were no flight tickets, these having all been resold. Not only have we been fobbed off all week but SunExpress have been dishonourable by selling tickets which we booked and which we stressed several times we were happy to repay for in the event that Thomas Cook had not already paid for these.

We reserved seats which we paid for because we were travelling with someone with crutches. At the airport the did not give us the reserved seats and could not help us. After submitting a complaint it's now been more then 6 weeks and still no refund. Very poor customer service!!!

I traveled in turkey by this airline and amazing thing is that they don,t have ketring in free. U have to pay in to have a food.
And in middle the flight had very teribble movment.
I suggest everyone not to use this airline

My friend and I were coming back to Toronto from a vacation. Our flight with sun Express was supposed to be at 8.45. Without any explanation they said there was an hour delay. We missed our flight in Munich. When I asked the stewardess what we were supposed to do she said she didn't know. We spent 4 hours in there. We flew back with Lufthansa. We are still waiting for our luggages.
