During the Thomas Cook bust we called Sun Express a few days before being due to fly home to London.
They said we were fine to fly home as we would be covered by ATOL, the response we expected.
Upon arrival at the airport they told us they had cancelled all our flights. Me and 88 others.
We had to buy new tickets to fly.
The member of SunExpress got extremely violent with one customer, as he tried to take a picture of the queues, he slapped the phone out of his hand.
He also said “this is not our f***ing fault, this is your fault, it’s Thomas Cook f***ing fault!”
