“Budget Airline, no-frills, but efficient and worth the value”

As expected of a budget airline, there were no frills. The seats were not very comfy, but for a short 90 minute flight I can handle that It cost extra for a carry-on, but weighing the flight costs it was still a good value. For those that want snacks and drinks, they are available at a cost. I will fly with them again. On time, smooth flight.

As long as you are aware that Frontier is a no frills airline, you will enjoy the experience. They are not like their no frills competitors. All employees are delightful, seats are comfortable and planes are clean. Come prepared when boarding like movies to watch on smart phones, snacks in your carry on and something to drink. If you don’t, everything will come at a cost. The only downside is if an early flight is delayed, you will also experience a delay but what they charge far outweighs the risk for me.

The flight was ok overall. I don't really have many complains, except that the flight was delayed. But other than that, the flight was comfortable enough, and the food was decent.

The gate service from this Airlines was terrible and charged luggage without any explanation, wanted charging lunch box as well... this is our first time to take this airline, never heard it before, however we will never take this airline again for lifetime! Look it review with high terrible in the survey, we do not know how to run this airline... very bad experience!

I will do my best to never fly Frontier again.
My wife an I went to Las Vegas to visit family.
All said an done my cost with all the additional charges totaled $978.00 for round trip.
Unbelievable rip off.
Should have Flown Southwest.

Ended up in the last row and had the toilet smell all the way.
They charged me $50.00 for a small carry on. Then could not find any space in the overhead. The flight attendant could not have cared less.
Not a bit of Help!
Someone ahead of us was kind enough to help out and remove a shopping bag to make room.

See ya Frontier.
