Very good service at a relatively low price. Legroom and seat are surprisingly comfortable indeed; food and drink are good enough for a one-hour flight. The overall experience is unforgettable, which is already better than many star alliance members I've taken before. I will definitely choose Thai Smile the next time I travel to Thailand. BTW, would you consider operate routes from north China (eg, PEK, TSN) to Thailand? I will be very glad to see that ^_^

Very smooth check-in and excellent customer service throughout the flight. Plenty of room on board and impeccably clean aircraft cabins. Our first choice for travel in Thailand.

If all my life was this simple.Simple website,easy to follow,found no hidden nasties or glitches.Fuss free travel and easy to recommend.My only poor rating was for entertainment,of which there was none apart from gawping at the (as usual) beautiful female staff aboard.Slightly sexist comment but Im old school.To be fair the flight was only about an hour so movies and stuff isnt really an issue here.There was a delay landing at Bangkok on my return but I guess that wouldn't be a ThaiSmile fault,we certainly left Surat on time or near enough.All other average ratings are just that,average,just normal for this kind of operator on this kind of flight.

Pleasantly surprised by the swift movement with this airline, getting through for domestic flight. Assistants was spot on and the flight attendants were very welcoming. The flight was comfortable with a good amount of space for leg room.

I would recommend Thai Smile to anyone looking for a good experience at a great price.
