Compared to Nas who I flew out on this airline is superb in a different class by miles. For me if you are flying short haul in the Middle East this is one of the best options. The planes are safe modern and clean

It's a nice option for the budget travelers. I like their free to change option. They should offer at least a free small bottle of water for longer flights.

Pretty average. If you need to cancel your business flight don't expect a refund, it'll be fly Dubai vouchers. Call centre is truly awful, beware !!

Never book online – Their web team is highly incompetent, the site is full of errors. You need to make several calls to get your complaint notice. Not a budget airline if you count the time and money wasted on getting your issues resolved. They take so long to take care of it that either seat becomes unavailable or fare increases.

Don’t try to pay online – Their online booking system is highly flawed. It shows more amount to be paid than actual.

Flight Cancellation – Not worth it. They have too many hidden charges if one cancels the reservation not just original fare – cancellation fee. A friend of mine got back AED 105 for the ticket costs AED 1,000. They deducted AED 200 for cancellation fee and remaining as a service charge.

One of my worst flight experiences ever. Stay away! Their terminal "F" in Dubai is the worst of the airport but the flight is even less enjoyable: crammed plane, poor legroom, non-working entertainment system (unable to switch it on or, if on, off, and generally useless unless you pay ridiculous amounts of money to use it, some broken, no headphones provided), no blankets or pillows, no catering whatsoever on a almost six hours flight (not even water!) is included, the staff in nice uniforms is almost invisible and partly not able to speak understandable English, the check-in online didn't work at all, seats couldn't be chosen. I simply can't think of a reason why you should pick Flydubai if you have any other alternative!
