Flying from Dubai to Prague - horrible terrible - never ever again... NO route indicators ... S T O L E N LUGGAGE.... STOLEN LUGGAGE ... I am so upset and they do not want to refund me... no name - no person to correspond with... horrible - nightmare.. they could not give me water on this flight, people were on their cell phones, toilets horrible dirty, plane inside full of guest food on the floors as people had their picknick food inside the carrier - horrible ... and most of all ... my awesome expensive suitcase with ALL CONtents are STOLEN STOLEN STOLEN.... AND fly Dubai does not care AT ALL..... horrible do not use them at all... we were 4 ladies in Prague - missing suitcases and funny.. all woman were stylish and models... !!!! stolen stolen suitcases...... what a SHAME ...

Not suggested for long fly, In flight food options are poor, staffs are not willing to help, services can be improved

I fly To muscat from dubai regularly..2 to 3 times a week. Here is a guarantee:

1) if the weather is bad, fog, whereas other airlines might possibly experience a delay, it is a GUARANTEE that flydubai will be delayed and by ridiculous amounts of time. Chaos will reign at the airport(Terminal 2) and the Fly Dubai managers will disappear from circulation. YOu will not get ONE person to help other than helpless airport staff.

2) lately, even flights in the middle of the day that are not busy are needlessly delayed..this weekend my flight of 45 minutes was delayed by 45 minutes to an hour on each leg, without a sense of accountability, urgency or care. It is as if it is expected.
It is just annoying to see the lack of respect for one's time.

3) The prices now, are not so much different than Emirates or Oman air for example. They have almost doubled in the last 6 months. Business has almost tripled. I am still flying flydubai due to the frequency of lights to muscat, but I have reached my limit.

4) The saving grace of this airline is Terminal 2 and the ease..as well as booking online. However if anything goes wrong with online booking, forget talking to a human being. Even doing so will get you less than trying to find your answer online.

Shame Shame...the potential about to be wasted for such a novel concept in such a perfect setting. Definitely getting worse.

A flight with lot of comfort and peace. Good planes and well organized. Staff is very co-operative. Very good choice for short flights.

Business Class have good services
Economy class have very rare good services
Business Class you can get cheap fare most of times
