They attempt to charge you for nearly every service that should be considered default. The plane was not clean, and the attendants weren't particularly helpful. Long waiting at checkin and then long waiting to get off the plane and back in the terminal via bus.

The airline left on time and the flight was smooth. The aircraft is new. But a real problem is you can't use digital boarding cards at this airport/ Wizz don't tell you that when you leave London - you find it out when you try yo do everything digitally in Kiev. They then charge you £40 to check in manually. What a joke

I little bit crazy boarding in Gdansk where passengers must wait long time in the closed corridor. It is strange and not known solution in other air lines. Crew on board quite polite and helpful.

They charged me 70 euro to print ticket because my phone was dead and I was not able to show my online reservation

Very good low cost carrier. Same comfort level as the others. I did't really have any contact with any staff but the crew seemed courteous. web site was a little disappointing and not as comfortable to use as some other carriers sites. It was a short flight, I didn't book any extras. Got me from a to b on-time.
