Comfortable, clean and nice new aircraft. Cabin crew were very personable and professional. The 737s have sufficient legroom, which can't be said for other airlines. The Q-400s are a bit tighter, especially if you're trying to use your laptop.

The flights always seem to be delayed both ways and the information that the Westjet staff give out about the delay is very poor. We used to fly Westjet frequently but now if there is an alternative carrier I go with them. The staff always used to be jolly and make the flights fun but more often than not they look as unhappy as the delayed passengers these days. They have also taken away all the entertainment screen even on the trans- Atlantic flights and you have to use your phone / device to connect to their Westjet Connect to see anything and it is very annoying.

Westjet has different classes of travel with different cancellation policies. The ticket receipt does not show the booking class so there is no way to prove the level booked in. It is their word against yours.

Went on a family vacation to Cancun, Mexico. Westjet was a great airline to use, compared to a lot of other airlines I have flown. Legroom was ample, service was great. All in all a good experience. Will fly this airline again.

Good flight. Liked the plane where on, had more leg space than other times flown with them. I found little to cool by end of the flight. Staff was nice.
