On time arrival, departure and arrival at our destination. No problems with luggage or check in. Other-words, smooth. Seating on our aircraft was not necessarily roomy, but comfortable for our short in flight time. Complimentary beverage and snacks served. WiFi available along with TV, but for purchase only. Flight attendants were fine.

This airline was one of the cheapest in America and i had no complaints. If you pay cheap you get cheap but i found the airline safe and a comfortable trip.

This was a newer plane so there was a better comfort experience, although not having someone next to you is helpful.

Had a very late flight on Sunday but there was a Nor'easter predicted. I was able to change to an earlier flight without a change fee. The flight was on schedule and there were no problems or concerns.

We were flying from MKE to AUS and had a layover in IAH. Same schedule on the return trip (AUS to IAH to MKE). Received an email notification a few months after I bought the tickets that the layover would be changing from 1 hour to 3 (no option to change flights by the way). So we opted to drive to Austin instead, since it would be faster. When it came time to check into our return trip from AUS to IAH to MKE, we had trouble checking in. Make a call to United and find out they have CANCELLED our return flights with NO notification or reason. We had paid for those flights and because we didn't take second leg, they cancelled the remainder of our trip with no email, phone call, text, nothing. So heads up, United can and will cancel your flights with no notification to you. Luckily after contacting them, they corrected their error and re-booked us on our return flight with the same seats. We also received poor customer service at the gate and were forced to check carry-ons each flight. Will never fly with them again if I can help it.
