We had booked a flight from Las Vegas to Chicago (& then to Moline) and arrived at the airport with several hours to spare before check in opened. Or so we thought. The flight had been cancelled at 9am and we were never notified. The staff member did everything she could to find us another way to get to Moline before the time we HAD to be there. She spent almost an hour trying to find us a way and I wish I had taken her name. She was wonderful and she should be commended for her customer service. She found a flight for us to Moline, via Denver, which worked out perfect. The flight itself went as planned.

We flew this airline (767) across the pond, returning home and I was pleasantly surprised that the seating had ample leg room, even in Economy class. Seats were comfy, food service was excellent. We got snacks before and after a full hot lunch, with ice cream for dessert. Also FREE wine was served! (WHAT, FREE?...yep, free). Also, the flight featured great movies that were also free! When we changed planes for the final leg home, however, it was a small 737 that was like a sardine can with terrible leg room. A trip made worse by a screaming baby right across the aisle from us...ARG!

Overall the flight was smooth, comfy, etc. One of the stewardess seemed like he was in a bit of a mood, maybe he was having a bad day. Overall, I'd fly with United again...

Recently flew back from holiday trip across America, spent two nights in Chicago and had night flight to Heathrow London. Tried to upgrade my flight prior to boarding, but was quoted exorbitant amounts for economy plus. The flight attendants were very abrupt. On one occasion we had to ask for a meal that had not been offered. The attendants were not interested in interacting with passengers and not helpful at all. The seating is very restrictive, with very little leg room.

Excellent service on board. Food was very good, much better than most airline. Each seat had it's own on board entertainment which was free on this flight, flying from Newark to Miami we had to pay :( plenty of choice of what to watch. Could not fault anything, would definitely fly with United again.
