We had booked a flight from Las Vegas to Chicago (& then to Moline) and arrived at the airport with several hours to spare before check in opened. Or so we thought. The flight had been cancelled at 9am and we were never notified. The staff member did everything she could to find us another way to get to Moline before the time we HAD to be there. She spent almost an hour trying to find us a way and I wish I had taken her name. She was wonderful and she should be commended for her customer service. She found a flight for us to Moline, via Denver, which worked out perfect. The flight itself went as planned.
