Very friendly staff. The everyone talks clear English. The seats new an comfortable. Complementary snacks and drinks. Check out the lounge with the bar, great drinks. Plane was Airbus 320 in technical good conditions no shaking or bad sounds.

Actually I was disappointed with the quality of services. Not saying of the fact that the flight was delayes for more than 3 hours. So what disappoined me on the 5,5 hours flight:
1. Seats are absolutely the same as in Economy class. No extra leg room.
2. No welcome drinks before take off
3. Limited choice of spirits
4. No any entertament system
4. I did not like food (but this may be personal)
5. Tkavel kit - socks, tooth brush, ear plugs, eye mask. Thats it. Metal box where it was packed was nice but useless )

Overall I did not see any advantage of paing for TAP Portugal business.

Paid 75 Euro for ONE checked bag, which was the highest fee ever seriously. Come to find out at baggage claim that they did not even put the luggage during out connection, will have to wait for delivery of it to my place. For practically $88 I could not even get my baggage in time. Ridiculous.

After the online booking, TAP sent me the electronic ticket. It clearly stated that the booking class of outbound flights ZRH-LIS-BEL was H. According to the Miles&More accrual chart, this should have given me 100% of the miles. However, on the mileage statement the flights suddenly appear with booking class O and only 25&% of the miles were credited.
I wonder why the booking class changed between booking and departure without any advice to the passenger.
I filed a complaint with TAP four weeks ago, but haven’t heard anything back. The status of the complaint has been unchanged and still, after four weeks, says: Your contact has been forwarded to the responsible area that will contact you shortly.
