“Great flight with new seats”
Review of TAP Portugal

I went on a usual business trip to Hamburg, but my surprise was the renewed decoration and seats of the airplane. All the seats on the first 10 rows have USB/laptop chargers, so for a 3 hour flight, this is a sweet for watching movies or series without having to worry if the battery will die.
The food is usual (they are improving), and the service is very good.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service on TAP Portugal.
From check-in to luggage retrieval, I was happy with their service. The only two disappointments where: PRE TSA service was not available, and, getting through passport control in Lisbon took almost an hour.

Had to pay extra for our checked bags, was not aware of this at time of booking. The rest was fine, pleasant flight, adequate snack and coffee , seats rather close together, but fortunately it was not a long flight

very impressed with the filght/service on board/stewardesses.would not hesitate to fly with TAP again.we had a 45min delay flying out and returning which wasnt ideal but sometimes happens.

On way to Recife in Brasil.
TAP flight out of Oslo delayed, so missed our flight out of Lisboa to Recefe.
The "Customer Care" desk at the airport was totally overloaded, and everything went very slow, people started to get angry, and police showed up too!
We waitied 4 hours or so before we all (4 pax) got rooms in same hotel for the 24 hour delay.
The evening was already ruined, so just had some food and a couple of drinks to "settle down" as we weren't happy at all.
