I love flying Sunwing , the service is so good and it is usually a direct flight. The seats were really comfortable . The drinks and food came along soon after takeoff. sunwing didn`t have any movies so I am going to get a tablet . other than that the flight was enjoyable . The staff on the plane were as funny as usual. We are booked for cuba for the 34th in April . Can`t wait

Delayed leaving Toronto (Aircraft was not at gate until after take off time). There were issues with baggage check in (Toronto), the automatic electronic equipment was slow and there was only one person on duty to manually handle baggage check in. The flight was pleasant in both directions, flight attendants were excellent. Paid extra to select our seats, good choice...

I have no complaints with Sunwing. We left a few minutes late from montreal but no problem, the flight was good the staff very pleasant and a good captain keeping us informed. The staff was also very helpful in the airport. The flight back we were late but not the fault of Sunwing. A passengers luggage was held up in security, and they had to wait for a new flight plan, plus we had the Wind against us. The staff kept us well informed. Thank you Sunwing for getting us there and back safely.

I enjoyed my All inclusive Resort (Paradise Beach) quite a bit, but...Sunwing could have done a lot better. To start the bus trip from Terminal 3 to the new Sunwing terminal was unexpected. The seats were very tight, no legroom. We were met by Sunwing Reps at the hotel, they were pleasant, but did not explain very much. It took us a week to find out how the meals etc. worked. Sunwing only uses the building across the road. The hotel was nice enough to move us into the resort at no charge. I will have to think long and hard about booking a trip through Sunwing again.

From the moment we got to the gate they are the worst airline. No communication with passengers, disorganized and cramped!
Gate 26 terminal 3 is actually downstairs when you get there. Last minute we find out that a bus is moving us to a temporary terminal! Really! One of the workers tells us. No announcement or anything.
On board finally - cramped seating (economy) worst food ever - no bloody movie on a 4.5 hr trip! One toilet did not work. My seat was broken. Plane originated in Check republic. But at least we got there!
Flight back home - there was a delay as I found out online. Sunwing rep at our hotel was on dinner break while his bus load of passengers waited in the lobby.
Bus did not arrive on time. When I blasted him for not being there he looked up the itinerary and said the bus is delayed an hour. Great! Would have been nice to know before. Flight from Toronto is late departing (snow) so we will be late as well. 2 hrs and 40 minutes. They just beat the 3 hr mark for compensation.
We will never fly with Sunwing again. There was more I have not written but you get the gist!
Awful airline. Shame on you! Get your act together and care about your passengers. Get rid of the deadwood at the hotels that would rather get a commission in an excursion than help passengers.
You are a Canadian Company - I am not proud of you!
